With over 20 years’ experience in teaching students of all ages, and running a successful English Academy (which has 98% pass rate in Cambridge exams), Ana and Janey have decided to embark on a new project and enter the world of online teaching.
We are a new company specialising in teaching and mentoring students who want to achieve and ‘go above and beyond’ in their English studies. We specialise in Cambridge University qualifications from B1 – C2 CEFR. We teach General English and Business English. We have an innovative, flexible, and convenient approach to our method of teaching.
All our teachers are native speakers, qualified and trained to a high standard. We have mentored the teachers throughout their training, and they update their qualifications and skills to fit in with any changing legislation or requirements.
Ana del Toro
Ana is the Director of a successful English Academy which has been in business for 20 years. This Academy teaches children from the age of 3 years right through to adults of all ages. It specialises in Cambridge exams and is a Cambridge Learning Partner and a member of the British Council examination programme ADDVANTAGE.
Ana is fuelled by her passion to get students/clients where they want to go.
When not working Ana enjoys time with her family, reading, walking, and travelling.
Janey Barker
Janey is the Director of Studies in the above English academy. She has been with the Academy for eight years. Previously Janey worked in education and training in England and has worked for several large companies on their health and safety, and training programmes.
Therefore, she has not only teaching qualifications but in-depth business experience.
Janey has a hunger for studying and is continually completing courses. She enjoys spending time with family and travelling to far flung places.
